Heart Talk for Kids underlying values come from Nonviolent Communication and Unitarian Universalist principles. The curriculum is written to support learning in a UU educational setting, yet is easily adaptable.

Any group wishing to support children in improving communication and increasing understanding may find this useful. The curriculum has been used in schools, by homeschooling families, and in other group settings by making some minor changes.

We want you to be happy! If you would like to return products, please send back any item in new condition within 30 days of shipment for a full refund, less shipping charges. You may also request an exchange for another product - just let us know which one. If anything was damaged during shipment, please let us know as soon as possible and we will exchange it for the same product after you return it to us.

 

Holiday Returns Exception: Any item shipped between November 1 and December 31, may be returned for a refund or exchange until January 31 of the following year if it is in new condition.

Packaging and Shipping Your Return
Please indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip which was enclosed with your original order, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate on a separate piece of paper the order number, the date purchased, the name address, phone, and e-mail address of the person who purchased the order, along with the reason for the return. Please be sure to include your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days or less, after we receive your return.
